Which items cannot be returned?
Final sale items, gift cards, digital products, custom orders, and any used or customer-damaged items are non-returnable unless due to our error.
What if my fireplace arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
How do I start a return?
Email support@avernia.shop with your order number and reason. We’ll issue an RMA and return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping for our errors. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. A valid phone number is required at checkout. Asignature is required, and someone must be present to receive the shipment.
Inspection at Delivery:
Please inspect your order for visible damage before signing. Any damage must be clearly noted on the carrier’s paperwork, or the shipment should be refused if damage is significant.
